General Laborer / Entry Level Field Peronal

Overview:

BYCO Inc. a family owned and operated company since 1953 is seeking an entry level laborer / field installer to join our team in South East Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have a motivated attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

- Assist veteran flooring and tile installers on jobsites throughout South Eastern Wisconsin

- Perform basic demolition and jobsite clean-up

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

- Preform basic tool and vehicle maintenance (when applicable)

- Follow written work instructions, company policies and procedure

- Assist with moving and transporting goods efficiently

Skills:

- General mechanical knowledge/aptitude

- Flooring and tile installation a plus but not required

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

- Ability to squat, bend and lift up to 80lbs

- Hardworking, motivated attitude

-Ability to follow written instructions

- Reliable personal transportation to jobsite locations

*Experience preferred but will train qualified applicants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
