Job Summary
We are seeking a 2025 High School Graduated and/or currently enrolled in college student to join our team as a dedicated and skilled Grounds Crew member. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mowing our outdoor spaces. This role involves tasks such as general grounds maintenance.
Responsibilities
•
Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
•
Ability to work independently.
•
Utilize power tools and equipment safely for various landscaping tasks.
•
Maintain cleanliness of all grounds equipment and tools to ensure longevity and safety.
•
Ability to work safely and adhere to safety rules.
Experience
•
Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
•
Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools effectively.
•
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
•
A strong attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
