Position Overview:
The HVAC Salesperson is responsible for identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions for system replacements, upgrades, and new installations. This role requires a mix of in-home consultations, relationship-building, and technical understanding of HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess comfort needs and present appropriate HVAC solutions
•
Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and financing options
•
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
•
Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
•
Collaborate with install and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction
•
Maintain knowledge of current products, industry trends, and promotions
•
Participate in company meetings, trainings, and marketing events as needed
Qualifications:
•
Previous HVAC sales experience required.
•
Strong communication and persuasion skills
•
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
•
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
•
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
•
Basic understanding of HVAC systems and solutions
