NIGHT BILINGUAL JANITORIAL SUPERVISOR(SOUTH EAST VALLEY)

Environment Control is looking for a dynamic individual to lead a team of Custodians who will be responsible to have oversight of an area with 20 to 40 buildings.

The Night Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the night-to-night operations of buildings in an area of town to achieve the quality of cleaning and meeting the customer's needs achieved by training current and new cleaning staff.

Report to the Night Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sanitation, building maintenance, cleaning, timekeeping, and other related fields.

JOB DUTIES:

-Supply Inventory Control

-Starting New Accounts

-Timekeeping Reports

-Building Inspections

-Employee Training

-Nightly Roll Call

REQUIREMENTS:

-Must have a minimum of 2 years experience

-Must pass a Criminal Background Check

-Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

-Must have Reliable Transportation

-Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

-Accountability and Delegation

-Great Communication Skills

-Organized and professional

-Travel between Accounts

-Be a Problem Solver

SCHEDULE:

-Nights: 5 Nights a week with minimal weekend involvement

-Shift: Full-Time - 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM
