Home grown in the Olathe community; Polar Aire Heating & Cooling has been servicing the KC Metro area for 40 years. We are a solution driven service team and our focus is customer satisfaction. We are a factory authorized dealer for Carrier.

Our ideal Salesperson is a team player who enjoys interacting with people daily. This person is organization savvy, detail oriented, process driven and presentation ready. Time management and adaptability are critical skills needed to provide the best solution for the customer. This role manages a team of installers and the entire installation process for replacement systems.

Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm - some nights and weekend work per business demands

Required qualifications:

· 5+ years of HVAC experience/knowledge

· ability to prepare and lead a team

· Excellent customer service skills

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Good writing skills

· Professional appearance

· Solid organizational skills

· sales pipeline management

· understanding of psychology of sales

· proficient knowledge to use technology tools and basic software for organization and workflow (smart phone, tablet, computer, Microsoft suite, etc)

· knowledge with Service Titan a plus
