About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for all commercial activities and achieving annual revenue growth targets within the assigned region of Nevada. This is a
field sales
role that includes regular face-to-face customer visits, supporting product installations, promoting integrated solutions, and managing opportunities via Salesforce. Building and maintaining customer relationships is critical to your success in this position. This role will represent northern Nevada.
Responsibilities
•Achieve annual business plan targets including orders received, invoiced sales, and profit margin goals for the assigned region.
•Actively promote all products and services through continuous evaluation of regional potential based on the installed base and market spend.
•Manage customer visit activity, sales pipeline, and installed base data using Salesforce; ensure accurate opportunity tracking for forecasting and planning.
•Conduct regular in-person visits to develop new business and increase sales volume within the territory.
•Oversee the creation of quotes and proposals, and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, design, and operations.
•Analyze market trends and provide input on pricing strategies to retain market share and drive profitability.
•Address customer concerns related to product quality, delivery timelines, and technical issues, while coordinating with foundry and supply chain teams.
•Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders in alignment with company values and leadership principles.
•Represent ME Global Inc. at industry trade shows, technical seminars, and customer presentations.
•Maintain up-to-date technical and professional knowledge through training and industry engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
•Technical or business degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Proven track record in technical sales, with strong knowledge of the
mineral and aggregates processing
industry.
•Understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in heavy industry.
•Financial acumen with the ability to understand company and customer financial perspectives.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
•Must reside in or near Elko or Winnemucca, Nevada or be willing to relocate to these areas.

•Ability to travel frequently, including to remote locations.
•Strong leadership, relationship building, and detail-oriented execution.
•High proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, and Access.
•Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
•Team-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.
•Physically able to access and inspect industrial equipment at job sites, including climbing ladders or scaffolding.
•Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds occasionally.
•Valid driver’s license required.
