Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Acquisitions Manager to join our team in the Downstream Oil & Gas industry. As an Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing potential acquisition opportunities to support the growth and expansion of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets in the Downstream Oil & Gas industry.
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities by assessing financial, operational, and strategic factors.
- Develop deal structures and negotiate terms to ensure optimal outcomes for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete due diligence, including legal, finance, and operations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on potential acquisitions to senior management.
- Manage post-acquisition integration, including coordinating with relevant teams and overseeing the smooth transition of acquired assets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in acquisitions in the Downstream Oil & Gas industry, with a minimum of 4 years' experience.
- Strong financial analysis and valuation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
