Amco Manufacturing is seeking a Bookkeeper / Administrator
Working closely with the Office/Production Manager, the position will be responsible for the following:
•
Account payable and receivable using Sage 50/Simply Accounting
•
Data entry and internal processing
•
Reception (delegating calls to the correct dept)
•
Assisting with year end processing
•
Filing
•
Communicating with clients and vendors
Candidates must have a positive attitude and have an excellent record of attendance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
