The Analytics Analyst performs general and advanced analytics, forecasting, and optimization. The role involves:
•
Building models and producing analytics reports
•
Mining data to uncover previously undetected patterns
•
Consulting with business areas on reporting solutions
•
Conducting process mapping to improve data collection
Key Responsibilities (Deliverables):
•
Lead or participate in requirements-gathering workshops
•
Develop user stories and contribute to estimation
•
Create functional requirements documentation
•
Map data from source systems to business terms
•
Deliver solutions using Agile/sprint methodology
•
Participate in daily stand-ups
•
Define and support user acceptance testing
•
Assist in post-implementation activities
•
Manage scope via user stories and sprint planning
•
Collaborate with architects and developers on solutions
•
Perform data lineage and process mapping
•
Define quality assurance plans for analytics solutions
•
Update and maintain documentation
Job Type: Full-time

Regina, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
