Apartment Maintenance Technician

Troubleshoot and repair all systems related to multi-family buildings. Plumbing, electrical, drywall repair and painting. Must be physically able to climb stairs (3 stories) and move appliances with help. Good customer service skills a must. A truck and ability to tow a trailer is highly desired. Must be able to be on call on a rotating basis.
