DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is looking for an

to join the Project Delivery team for utility scale solar projects. This role involves

with per diem and monthly home trips. This individual will create win-win situations with our constituencies especially regarding Safety and Environmental Compliance and create an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

DEPCOM's Project Delivery Organization executes full turnkey PV and BESS plants with collection substations and generation transmission lines. We utilize preferred partnerships with key vendors and subcontractors while coordinating with interconnection utilities across the nation. As a Koch company, we implement Principle Based Management to continue driving innovation, hold our teams to the highest standard and streamline our overall processes to ensure project success for each of our clients. As a supervisor, this includes helping your employees self-actualize and be all that they can be.

What Will Put You Ahead

For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000 - $130,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. Hiring Philosophy
