We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team in the Research, Development, and Policy industry. As an Attorney, you will work on-site at our office in San Andreas, California. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in matters related to research, development, and policy
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients' cases or projects
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the industry
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Handle any legal disputes or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the California State Bar
- Proven experience working as an Attorney, preferably in the research, development, or policy field
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
