We are currently seeking a

to join our

team in Voisey’s Bay, Labrador, a fly-in fly-out operation. Relocation will be required for this role.

This is a permanent on-site position

working a 1 week on/1 week off rotation at the Voisey’s Bay mine site.

As a Backfill Engineer, you will provide technical support to Vale's Voisey’s Bay Operations to continuously enhance backfill technologies, systems and methods such that health, safety standards and legislated requirements are effectively satisfied while maximizing ore value. Your experience and skills will allow you to act as a technical advisor to the Vale’s Voisey’s Bay Operations and assist in developing appropriate standards, guidelines, design and expansion of the paste-fill distribution system.
