Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a
construction project from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
•Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
•Team Management: Lead and coordinate a team of contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers.
•Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
•Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
•Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards and regulations.
•Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
•Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
•Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
•Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including contracts, permits, and reports.
Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
•Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Skills:
•Strong leadership and team management abilities.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Operating knowledge in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
•In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
•Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
