Must have solid soft skills and be a good communicator
Hours of operation 8:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday
Initiates Refresh Communication to kick off Computer Refresh
Schedule Clients Refresh Appointments via Outlook; contribute to capacity planning
Ability to maintain schedule in Outlook/SharePoint Calendars; follow up on missed appoitments
Attention to detail and ability to follow process
Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Other Ad Hoc Activities and Reporting as required
Full understanding of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Outlook/Excel/SharePoint/Team
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with strong customer-service orientation
Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management as well as people skills
