JOB PURPOSE
This role supports our commercial project pipeline by delivering accurate and timely cost estimates for stone countertop fabrication and installation. We’re open to training the right candidate with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude. Experience with estimating, construction, or stonework—and comfort reading architectural plans—is a plus.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Prepare cost estimates by analyzing architectural drawings, specs, and scopes
•
Perform material takeoffs and calculate labor, material, and installation costs
•
Collaborate with project managers, sales, and fabrication teams to ensure estimate accuracy and feasibility
•
Assist in bidding, contract review, and client communications
•
Conduct site visits and review job conditions as needed
•
Track bid results and maintain estimate documentation
•
Recommend value engineering options when appropriate
•
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
•
Strong math, analytical, and computer skills
•
Excellent written and verbal communication
•
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
•
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
•
Estimating or construction industry experience is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
