Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
Duties
•
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial properties.
•
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
•
Conduct remodeling projects that may involve plumbing alterations or upgrades.
•
Troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
•
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
•
Perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience as a Plumber.
•
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex plumbing systems.
•
Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Pump and boiler maintenance a plus.
Minimum Requirements
•
Journeyman Plumbing License
•
Texas Drivers License with clean driving record
•
Able to pass drug screening
