Are you an energetic, detail-oriented professional with a passion for community engagement? We are seeking a spirited individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys bringing events and communications to life.


What You'll Do:

Bring Events to Life: Plan and coordinate a diverse array of engaging events—from community gatherings to special stakeholder occasions—handling every detail from venues and catering to décor, handouts, invitations.
Be the CRM Champion: Manage our CRM system, train team members, and execute engaging communication campaigns that keep our community connected.
Execute Stakeholder Communication: In addition to the CRM, communicate with stakeholder groups via other communication methods, understanding the importance of anonymity to many of these key individuals.
Build Strong Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and community partners to ensure every event is a success.
Handle the Unexpected: Anticipate challenges and manage event logistics, including setup, takedown, and budget oversight, ensuring each event runs smoothly.
Drive Community Impact: Coordinate community donations, sponsorships, and promotional efforts that make a real difference.
Support the Team: Collaborate closely with our PR/Communications group by organizing meetings, drafting reports, and contributing to the development of creative PR collateral.
Travel for Impact: Embrace opportunities to travel (up to 10%) to extend the reach of our events beyond the office.
Graphic Design and Creation: Use Canva to create, edit, and enhance all external facing documents, ensuring every document in the hands of our employees and contractors falls within our brand standards and is in line with our messaging.


Who You Are:

Organized & Detail-Oriented: You excel at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting and appreciate structure and efficiency.
Passionate Communicator: Your excellent written and verbal communication skills help you craft messages that resonate.
Team Player: Your positive attitude and collaborative spirit contribute to team success while also thriving individually.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems ensures you are ready to hit the ground running.
Experienced: With at least 2 years in event planning or public relations, you bring valuable insights and creative solutions to the table.
Flexible: A valid Driver’s License is required to support occasional travel for offsite events.


Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in Marketing or Public Relations is advantageous, but your relevant experience and passion are what truly count.
