If you have a passion for serving the community and are interested in supporting a team that is committed to making a positive impact, we invite you to join the Maplewood Police Department, a well-respected law enforcement agency, as a full-time Community Service Officer (CSO). Â Our full-time CSO performs work as a uniformed non-sworn officer to assist the department in assignments; assists other department staff in routine department functions; carries out animal control functions; responds to nonemergency calls, parking reinforcement and completion of reports. Â

This is a 40-hour per week positionwith a variety of shifts available. Ideal candidate will have experience providing high-quality customer service, experience with animal control, and a desire to serve the community. Our program is specifically designed to train and promote CSO's to Police Officers.
