Job Description Coterra is hiring a Compensation Analyst in Houston, Texas
As a
Compensation Analyst for Coterra, you will be responsible for supporting the management, implementation, and administration of the compensation and total reward programs, You will ensure the programs are competitive to market and support the company’s compensation goals, by providing key information and developing solutions to internal stakeholders and supporting HR management. This position reports to the Total Rewards Manager, and is located onsite at our Houston, Texas headquarters.
Job Summary
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is typically performed indoors in an office environment. You must be able to perform work which includes typing, sitting and standing. In the event there are visits operations worksite, personal protection equipment, including head protection, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes, and flame resistant clothing is required. Safety rules including OSHA and DOT requirements are strictly enforced. Employees must be willing to travel and work extended hours on short notice.
Travel Requirements
5% - Travel will be required for mandatory meetings, training and visits to field locations.
