Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and construction, with the ability to perform various finishing techniques to ensure high-quality results. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites.
Responsibilities
•
Prepare and set up concrete forms according to specifications.
•
Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and heavy equipment.
•
Finish surfaces of poured concrete using various tools such as trowels, floats, and edgers.
•
Ensure proper curing of concrete to achieve desired strength and durability.
•
Collaborate with other construction workers, including carpenters and laborers, to complete projects efficiently.
•
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required on-site.
•
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
•
Assist in tile laying and renovations as needed.
Experience
•
Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the construction industry.
•
Proficiency in using hand tools and heavy equipment related to concrete work.
•
Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and frame carpentry is preferred.
•
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions.
