Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

- Interpret schematics and blueprints

- Manage and supervise construction projects from beginning to end

- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines

- Develop and maintain project schedules.

- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets standards

- Estimate construction costs accurately

- Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues promptly

Skills

- Strong knowledge of construction management principles

- Proficiency in construction estimating techniques

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols

- Ability to use an ohmmeter for electrical testing

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Effective communication and leadership abilities

- Prior experience in supervising construction projects
