Come join one of Central Florida’s premier electrical contractors and play a critical role in driving technology across our growing operation. We’re looking for a Construction Technology Specialist to serve as our in-house IT Help Desk and Systems Administrator, supporting both our office and field staff with hardware, software, and systems expertise.

What You’ll Do:

•

Serve as the primary IT support resource for all company employees — troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and provide fast, friendly solutions.

•

Administer and optimize key platforms including:

•

Sage 100 Contractor (and associated SQL database)

•

Sonicwall Firewall systems

•

Quickbase (custom business applications)

•

Microsoft 365 (email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)

•

Microsoft Intune (device and endpoint management)

•

Bluebeam Revu and Accubid estimating software

•

Verizon Wireless portal and mobile device management (MDM)

•

Set up and maintain iPhones, iPads, and Windows-based laptops/workstations

•

Coordinate user onboarding/offboarding (email accounts, hardware setup, permissions)

•

Ensure data integrity, routine backups, and system security across platforms

•

Collaborate with department heads to refine workflows and implement tech-driven solutions

•

Assist in training staff on technology tools and software best practices

What We’re Looking For:

•

3+ years of experience in an IT support, systems admin, or similar technology role

•

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and mobile device setup

•

Experience with construction software platforms (Sage, Bluebeam, Accubid, Quickbase) is a major plus

•

Familiarity with SQL databases, system integrations, or light scripting is a bonus

•

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

•

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage tech needs across multiple departments
