The purpose of this position is to administer commercial operations efforts for the power generation fleet in order to obtain the best overall value on behalf of internal customers. This position is responsible for the solicitation, negotiation, and management of low to moderate value and complexity contracts for the acquisition of materials, equipment, and critical services.
This position may be hired at the Contract Administrator I, II, Senior or Lead levels. Position responsibilities listed below reflect those of the Contract Administrator Level I position. Additional/varying responsibilites may be included for other levels of the position.
Additional Basic Qualifications - Levels II, Senior & Lead
A bachelor’s degree in business, legal, or engineering. One or more years of sourcing experience with utility-related products or services preferred. Experience in electric generation and/or supply chain. Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (C.P.S.M.). Experience with electronic procurement platforms. Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects simultaneously
