Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Crew Lead to oversee and assist with gutter installation and service work. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who is skilled in the field and also capable of directing a small crew, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient job completion.

Responsibilities

•

Lead a team of gutter installers and service technicians on residential and commercial job sites.

•

Perform quality assurance checks to ensure installations meet company standards and customer expectations.

•

Track daily crew productivity and provide feedback to improve performance and efficiency.

•

Ensure all trucks are loaded each morning with the correct types and quantities of materials for scheduled jobs.

•

Properly install rain gutter systems using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.

•

Read and interpret blueprints or job specs when required.

•

Maintain equipment and tools in safe working condition.

•

Communicate professionally with clients, site supervisors, and team members.

•

Enforce and model job site safety practices and company policies.

•

Submit and track material orders and usage as needed.

•

Travel to various job sites throughout the Treasure Valley.

•

Perform service calls or repairs as needed.

•

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

•

Prior experience in gutter installation.

•

Related construction or trade work is strongly preferred.

•

Previous leadership or crew lead experience.

•

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

•

Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights on ladders and rooftops.

•

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

•

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

•

Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
