Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to drive informed decision-making and contribute to strategic initiatives. You will work closely with various departments to gather insights, develop reports, and present findings that support business objectives. The ideal candidate is proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages, with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
•
Utilize SQL for database querying and management, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
•
Employ R and Python for advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
•
Conduct business analysis to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
•
Manage projects related to data analytics, ensuring timely delivery of results.
•
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Skills
•
Proficiency in SQL for database management and querying.
•
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
•
Experience with R and Python for statistical analysis and programming.
•
Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
•
Knowledge of Talend for data integration processes is a plus.
•
Excellent business analysis skills to align analytics with strategic objectives.
•
Strong project management capabilities to oversee analytics projects effectively.
•
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
