A hands on Demolition Foreman is accountable for the overall supervision of an assigned project including but not limited to coordination meetings, project milestones, and quality assurance, profitability, and safety goals while developing team members assigned on site. Under the general supervision of the Chief Operation Officer, the Foreman will partner with the Project Management Team to coordinate, schedule, organize and ensure timely, cost-effective and safe performance on all job activities. As a point of reference of both workers and supervisors, the foreman will be a key person for the completion of a project.

The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
This is a full-time position that will require night work at times. Days/Nights and hours of work have varying shifts depending on assigned job site requirements for a typical 40-hour work week. This position may require overtime and weekend work on occasion.
Travel is primarily local, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
