Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Directional Drill Operator. No prior directional drilling experience is required. If you have a background in excavation and hold a valid driver's license, we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed for this role.
Key Responsibilities
•
Operate directional drilling equipment under supervision.
•
Assist in excavation and site preparation tasks.
•
Learn to read and interpret bore plans and utility maps.
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure project efficiency and safety.
•
Maintain and clean equipment as necessary.
Requirements
•
Experience in excavation or related field.
•
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required).
•
Willingness to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
•
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
•
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
