Dispatch Manager

EXPECTED RESULTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

+ - Confirm appropriate routes to job sites and assist drivers with directions + Send tickets to plants for trucks to delivery to jobs, ensure proper invoicing + Ensure plant personnel (drivers, batch personnel, driver supervisors) are aware of order requests or changes such as: + - Special additives (fiber, color, DCI, etc.)

- Special materials

+ Notify batch plant personnel of volume changes for accurate inventory management of gravel, cement, additives, etc. + Manage employee work schedules including wash outs and Saturday work rotation + - Coordinate jobs efficiently to control overtime + Monitor truck routes to ensure proper service and movement of delivery equipment + Respond to public calls, follow up on customer complaints and support sales concerns + Complete required paperwork and reports, maintain relevant systems with data changes

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The primary areas of responsibility include:

+ Building good relationships with key customer accounts + Accurate order entry and daily order tracking + On time delivery + Positive approach to customer service conflicts and resolutions + Jobsite visits and plant visits

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

Rate or Range: $85,000 and up

Bonus Eligibility: STIP
