About This Job

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, individual to add to our team for dispatching, working alongside with our Projector Coordinator and Field Supervisors, other departments and teams to forecast and plan future schedule and staffing needs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•

Participating in our Safety Program and comply with all applicable safety responsibilities

•

Plan and direct field level work

•

Create, maintain, monitor driver schedules

•

Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts

•

Ability to provide excellent customer service and problem solve effectively

•

Maintains a good working relationship with customers and suppliers in the area

•

Ability to communicate and interact well with others, maintaining positive and productive relationships

•

Ability to organize and prioritize work

•

Ability to work individually as well with a team effectively

•

Filling, data entry, & reporting

Requirements:

•

Previous experience is considered an asset;

•

Valid Class 5 License with Clean Abstract

•

Technically savvy: Proficiency with computers and apps

•

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

•

Previous experience working in Axon, WiQ, Ironsight, Motive is considered an asset
