The Electrical Foreman - Industrial is responsible for organization and field management of electrical projects and implementing measures to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

•

Run industrial or water wastewater projects ranging from $5M - $10M

•

Provide leadership, organization, and field management for 2 or more Foreman and 10-30 journeymen and apprentices

•

Start and manage special projects including Controlled Take-Offs, material and labor budgets, correct phasing, time reporting, daily logs, and scheduled meetings

•

Continuously train and develop your teams to ensure employee retention and company effectiveness and efficiency

•

Manage daily production, safe installation methods, quality control, and high morale of your journeyman and apprentices

•

Strengthen existing client, vendor, and team relationships, and build new ones

•

Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships

Job Qualifications:

•

6+ years’ documented work in electrical industrial or water wastewater construction

•

2 -4 years' of prior supervisory experience

•

Possess a growth-focused mindset and a passion for teaching and developing your teams

•

Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license

•

Be willing to get LEED and NICET Leve 2 certifications with commensurate compensation increases
