We are looking to hire experienced Solar Installers to add to our team. Locally owned and operated company based in Bentonville, AR.
Responsibilities
•
Follow layout plans and perform the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment.
•
Support the Crew Lead and Electrician to assure the successful completion of the solar system
•
Provide a world-class customer experience
•
Document completion of quality installation
•
Work in a safe manner at all times
Requirements
•
Journeymans License
•
Must be able to consistently carry up to 60 pounds.
•
Must be comfortable working with heights
•
Must be able to climb ladder, stairs, work on rooftops, and work on feet for long periods of time
•
Must be willing to travel and occasionally stay out of town
•
Must have a reliable means of transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
