We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electronics and be proficient in troubleshooting and repairing various electronic devices and systems. This role requires a keen attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in both field service and workshop environments.
Responsibilities
•Diagnose and repair electronic equipment, ensuring functionality and safety standards are met.
•Utilize hand tools, voltmeters, and ohmmeters to perform tests and measurements on electronic components.
•Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
•Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
•Provide field service support, traveling to client locations as needed to resolve technical issues.
•Document repairs, maintenance activities, and service reports accurately for record-keeping purposes.
•Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve processes and develop solutions for complex problems.
Skills
•Proficiency in low voltage electronics systems and components.
•Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand mechanical systems related to electronic devices.
•Experience using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools effectively.
•Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
•Previous experience in field service or as a service technician is highly desirable.
•Competence in equipment repair with a focus on quality workmanship.
