TDP Bakery is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Desktop Support Technician to join our Technology team. This position will primarily focus on providing laptop and remote support to our team members and customers. You will ensure that our desktops, laptops, software, hardware, and remote access tools function efficiently, enabling smooth operations across the business. Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp and Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities:
•Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, hardware, and software.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity, primarily through remote channels (e.g., remote desktop, remote assistance, Teams, etc.).
•Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, including setting up and supporting remote access for team members.
•Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
•Provide support for various applications, including business productivity software and specialized tools like ClickUp and Tableau.
•Collaborate with other teams to ensure that IT systems, both local and remote, run smoothly.
•Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and manage software licenses for desktops, laptops, printers, and accessories across the whole company.
•Assist in user account management, including creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts.
•Provide basic training to users on how to use remote systems and IT tools effectively.
Requirements:
•Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field highly preferred (or equivalent experience).
•Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly in a remote support environment.
•Experience in troubleshooting and providing remote support using remote desktop software.
•Familiarity with common Microsoft business applications like Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users, especially in a remote environment.
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills (a plus):
•Familiarity with ClickUp (task management and project tracking).
•Basic knowledge of Tableau (data visualization and reporting).
•Experience in supporting hardware and software, printers, and network troubleshooting.
•Working experience with Android phones/tablets and Apple iPads.
