Entry Level Electronic Billing Clerk

Primary Responsibilities :
•
Third party invoicing to customers in ERP as well as Billing Partners (OpenInvoice, Ariba, Smart GEP, etc)
•
Review final invoices for accuracy and adhere to company guidelines and policies prior to submission of invoices
•
Timely resolution and follow-up on billing discrepancies, portal uploads and questions
•
Maintain strong working relationships with peers and district offices to facilitate invoicing process
•
Follow-up to ensure invoices have been submitted
•
Any additional duties assigned by management
Experience/Qualifications :
•
Minimum of one (1) years of billing experience, preferred
•
High School Degree or Equivalent
•
College courses, preferred
•
Experience in Accounts Receivables
•
Experience with JD Edwards, preferred
•
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment, utilizing prioritization skills, required
•
Knowledge in MS Suites, Outlook
•
Excellent communication (verbal/written), problem-solving skills and critical thinking
•
Ability and willingness to learn quickly
