Position Summary

PRIMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS OPEN POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

+ Knowledge of blueprints (ability to read and understand) + Complete Takeoffs of all Division 10, 11, and 12 product lines + Understand Framing and Drywall Takeoffs + Solicit vendor pricing associated with all products that are on the bid. + Generate labor costs associated with installing the product(s) + Create a price matrix in Excel for Management review. + Develop final price sheet and quote for the project. + Submit pricing to meet all bid deadlines. + Work with Lead Estimator to expand vendor and subcontractor relationships. + Generate submittals and close out paperwork + Other duties as assigned
