n Experience in wire in various materials and tempers
n Quantified record of success selling into manufacturing environments
n Commitment to prospecting and business development in support of expanding MRSI’s market presence
n Willing to deploy and manage a Consultative Selling process intended to establish relationships, win business and insure ongoing growth and success with customers
n Partnering collaboratively with customers to address inventory management, ordering cadence and other aspects that support administrative convenience
n Analytical command in assessing opportunities and establishing selling priorities
n Collaboration in meeting customer needs and interests that align with MRSI’s delivery methods
The successful candidate will have a strong sense of team, possess exemplary communication skills and have an orientation to execution of sales process in pursuit of clearly stated goals and objectives. They will represent MRSI to the markets it serves with the highest standards, consistent with the company’s presence and image.
Compensation is assumed to include a base salary of $75 – 85K as well as attractive commission / bonus structure. Candidates residing in greater Chicago, IL or greater Cincinnati, OH will be given priority consideration however those meeting the range of qualifications and interests expressed by MRSI who live elsewhere will also be considered.
