Facility Maintenance Technician

OVERVIEW

The facility maintenance technician ensures the proper upkeep and maintenance of the facility's interior spaces and surrounding outdoor areas. This role involves performing a variety of tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of the facility and its grounds. The technician may work in various settings, such as office buildings, industrial facilities, and yard.
