SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

The Facility Manager supports the overall condition and working order of the facility with the capability to work independently as well as with others in the company. This position requires a hands-on skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Manager with knowledge in trouble shooting ability in a Metal fabricating environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Training: High School degree or college level education preferred.

Experience: 4 years of technical experience is preferred.

US Citizen or Resident Alien Card

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Basic Computer Skills

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

Seeing: Must be able to read reports, use computer, see in dimly lit/confined spaces, read a tape measure or other measuring device.

Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with co-workers, identify machine sounds

Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling

Lifting/Pulling/Pushing -Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

SCHEDULE:

· 8–10-hour shift

· Day shift

· Monday to Friday

· Weekend and on-call availability for emergencies.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
