To provide superior and professional field service support for all E3 products. This includes both service calls on customer locations and service performed in house. Providing product operating instructions, training, and best practices to all E3 customers. Completing all required service ticket inputs and submitting per policy. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment including shop assets and company vehicles.
· Comply to all customer and E3 HSE compliance requirements.
· Must have prior field experience in related field.
· Valid driver’s license and over 21 years of age.
· Physically capable of Lift 70lbs not less than 36”
· No DMV major moving violations and/or DUI/DWI convictions within the previous 36 months.
· Able to pull a tandem axle trailer.
· Superior organizational skills; strong attention to detail; excellent time management skills and commitment to deadlines
· Demonstrates professional work characteristics, high initiative, dependability, and credibility.
