Your Tasks:

•

Support the finance team in delivering financial analysis through data preparation and basic analytics.

•

Assist in applying financial policies and procedures within the context of the company’s daily operations.

•

Help maintain and document internal controls, workflows, and financial best practices.

•

Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing data.

•

Assist in ensuring internal controls related to revenue, cost monitoring, and budget tracking.

•

Provide support in the month-end close process, helping with the preparation of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliation activities.

•

Collaborate with the controlling team to maintain financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for monthly analysis.

•

Support expense reviews and cost control initiatives.

•

Help prepare financial presentations for internal stakeholders.

•

Assist in documenting and improving internal processes and workflows, always under the team’s supervision.

Requirements:

•

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

•

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts).

•

Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint for developing corporate presentations.

•

Understanding of financial concepts.

•

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

•

Ability to collaborate with different teams and adapt to a corporate environment.

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

•

Experience with SAP will be considered an asset.
