Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the stability and growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excel, 401K, and Quickbooks and Fishbowl.
Duties
•
Oversee office and warehouse staff
•
Reconciliation of Bank Accounts/Credit Cards
•
Utilize Quickbooks and Fishbowl software to streamline operations and enhance reporting capabilities.
•
Payroll
•
Commissions Reports
•
Inventory Control Management
•
Job Costing
Skills
•
Proficient in Excel
•
Experience in Quickbooks and Fishbowl (not required )
•
Experience in banking operations and financial regulations.
•
Exceptional analytical skills for effective financial analysis.
•
Experience in 401K
•
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
