The Position:

We are looking for a positive, energetic and experienced Front Desk Receptionist with a wide variety of abilities that complements ISC’s culture of integrity.

Applicants should have the ability to:

•

Performs a variety of research functions and uses computer programs to produce reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

•

Greet visitors to Office

•

Carries out varied assigned tasks requiring knowledge of office protocol and demonstrates an understanding of the organization, programs and procedures related to the work of the office.

•

Coordinates and sets up meetings and conferences, arranges travel, completes expense reports and maintains schedules of one or more individuals

•

Answers requests, questions, and employment inquiries, both in person and on the telephone, in a friendly and professional manner

•

Assure positive associate relations

•

Assist in processing HR documentation

•

Performs other administrative functions as assigned

Qualifications:

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

•

Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

•

Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

•

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with understanding of meeting deadlines.

•

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

•

Human Resources knowledge or experience is a plus.
