Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

•

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

•

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

•

Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff members.

•

Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.

•

Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

•

Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure office supplies are stocked.

•

Assist with office management tasks as needed to support overall operations.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.

•

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

•

Proficiency in computer software applications for data entry and office management.

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•

Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•

Experience as a personal assistant is a plus but not required.
