General Manager – HVAC & Plumbing | Balanced Comfort | Fresno, CA

Balanced Comfort is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our Fresno HVAC and Plumbing operations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building great teams, executing operational systems, and driving revenue growth in a home services environment.

What You’ll Do:

•

Lead and Develop Teams: Coach department managers daily to drive technician performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue. Foster a culture of accountability, structure, and positivity.

•

Maximize Revenue: Implement field-proven strategies like to ensure our top-performing techs are always positioned for success.

•

Oversee Daily Ops: Manage dispatch board strategy, ensure adherence to call-by-call coaching standards, and drive daily performance reviews across HVAC, plumbing, and maintenance teams.

•

Run the Numbers: Monitor KPIs like close rates, turnover %, average ticket, and gross margins. Conduct weekly revenue pacing, breakeven analysis, and payroll reviews.

•

Drive Culture & Performance: Work with leadership team to drive high performing teams to hit their daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Foster an environment of happy, excited technicians who are eager to take care of our customer base.

•

Own Accountability: Ensure every call is reviewed and addressed, especially missed goals. No call should go unexplained.

What You Bring:

•

3+ years in leadership within HVAC, plumbing, or home services

•

Track record of managing P&L and operational KPIs

•

Ability to build, coach, and hold teams accountable to systems and standards

•

Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service platforms is a plus

•

Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills

Pay structure will be discussed based on relevant experience and performance.
