Overview NOCO Repair is seeking a skilled and motivated Handyman Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality handyman work and full remodels across Northern Colorado. We're a tight-knit crew that values integrity, craftsmanship, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

•

Perform general home repairs and remodeling projects, including:

•

Drywall, texturing, and trim

•

Painting (interior and exterior)

•

Light plumbing and electrical

•

Flooring, cabinet installation, and fixture replacements

•

Full kitchen and bathroom remodels

•

Use apps and communication tools to document jobs, update the team, and stay on track

•

Communicate professionally with clients and represent the NOCO Repair brand

•

Maintain clean, organized workspaces

What We're Looking For

•

Complete working knowledge of handyman work and home renovation

•

Highly organized and detail-oriented

•

Comfortable using Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) and ChatGPT

•

Tech-savvy — we use digital tools daily as part of our SOPs

•

Strong communicator (we rely heavily on text messaging to stay connected)

•

Own a complete set of tools suitable for handyman work

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company van available for the right fit)

•

Clean background

•

Drug-free workplace — Drug testing required. Suspected use (including marijuana) will result in on-the-spot testing

•

Proven experience in maintenance or maintenance person roles with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.

•

Familiarity with using an Ohmmeter for testing electrical components.

•

Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively.

•

Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

•

Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.

•

Knowledge of basic welding techniques is a plus.
