Cleaning Specialist

Our franchise is looking for a Cleaning Specialist with impeccable attention to detail to clean customer contents that have been impacted by smoke, fire, or water damage, to also pack up and track customer belongings, and to perform final cleanings on restored properties. This includes deep carpet cleaning and final wipe downs/touch ups in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

Requirements

· Proven experience as a cleaning service provider, custodian, janitor or in a similar role

· Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances

· Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components

· Attention to detail and conscientiousness

· Very good physical condition and strength

· High school diploma is preferred but not required

· Valid Driver’s License

-Ability to stay out of town if necessary

Position

Monday thru Friday - 8:00 am – 5:00 pm w/ some Overtime as needed

· 1 Weeks accrued vacation

· 2 Days Sick Leave

· Paid Holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & the Friday after and Christmas Day

· 3% match for retirement

· $15,000 life insurance

Salary

$18-27/hr
