Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and familiarity with financial software to assist with accounting-related tasks.

Duties

•

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

•

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

•

Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.

•

Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment and inquiries.

•

Utilize HRIS systems such as ADP or Paychex to maintain accurate employee data.

•

Collaborate with the finance department on general ledger accounting and account reconciliation tasks.

•

Prepare reports related to HR metrics and assist in analyzing data for decision-making purposes.

•

Provide support for payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping of hours worked.

•

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience in an HR role or administrative support is highly desirable.

•

Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP or Paychex) is a plus.

•

Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks and general ledger accounting practices.

•

Strong 10 key typing skills for accurate data entry and record maintenance.

•

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented mindset.

•

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

•

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
