We’re hiring a Human Resources Generalist to lead day-to-day HR operations and manage our bi-weekly payroll cycle. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, thrives in a hands-on environment, and is ready to make a real impact at a small but fast-moving company.

What You’ll Do

- Process and manage bi-weekly payroll for all employees

- Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation

- Act as the go-to resource for employee questions on HR policies, payroll, and benefits

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws

- Coordinate benefits enrollment and support open enrollment processes

- Support recruiting, hiring, and performance management efforts

- Help maintain a positive and compliant workplace culture

What You Bring

- 2–4 years of experience in HR and payroll administration

- Knowledge of California labor laws and employment regulations

- Experience with payroll systems (Heartland, ADP, Paychex, etc.)

- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Discretion in handling confidential employee information

- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus

- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a bonus, not required
