We are currently looking for a dedicated, HVAC Lead Coordinator - Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team! This position strategically creates schedules, coordinates sales leads, and assigns to Salesperson. The primary goal of this role is to help maximize sales through strategic placement of all leads and following a strict follow-up procedure.

Job Title: HVAC Lead Coordinator - Customer Service Specialist

Pay Scale: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday


What You Will Be Doing

Maintaining responsibility for dispatching all of the HVAC Division Salespersons in a manner that maximizes efficiency, ensures customer satisfaction and maximizing sales revenue
Scheduling and dispatching salespersons to customer's homes or businesses
Providing exceptional customer service to customers at all times
Working with individual salespersons' on existing leads to ensure proper communication with customers and other administrative team members
Continuously working on ways to streamline and create more efficient processes and procedures
Responsible for properly tracking all follow-ups, and customer communications within Field Edge
All emails must be logged with a timestamp and communication date and sent through Field Edge
Text messages with customers must be documented and may be requested for review
Acting as support and back up dispatcher for the HVAC Division
Maintenance Program back-up
Working as a team player and contributing to the team accordingly


Qualifications / Skills

2+ years customer service experience
Previous experience in schedule coordinating and/or dispatching
Professional telephone skills
Advanced customer service skills
Microsoft Office Suite experience
Must be efficient with strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks
Must have strong skills in organization and planning; demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem solving
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians
CRM data base experience - we use Filed Edge
High school Diploma or equivalent
